Joe Biden took oath as the 46th President of the United States on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 afternoon in the nation’s capital, at around 11:30 EST (16:30 GMT).

 A new president of the USA, Joe Biden, and his wife Jill will become the new white house residents.

Joseph Roinette Biden was born on 20 November 1942. He grew up in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and New Castle Country, Delaware. He completed his education at the University of Delaware. In 1972 at the age 29, he was elected to the US Senate from Delaware and he was the sixth youngest senator in US history. In April 2019, He announced his candidacy for the 2020 presidential election. And Biden

defeated Donald Trump in the November 3 election.

The Joe Biden lost his first wife Nellie and daughter Naomi in a car accident. And his two sons, Beau and Hunter were also injured at that time. Joe Biden and his second wife Jill were met in 1975, and they were got married in 1977. She became a mom of Biden’s two sons Hunter and Beau, who survived the car accident. They also have daughter Ashley together. She is involved in the field of education and by profession she is a professor of English. Biden always says that as a mother his second wife Jill took great care of his first wife’s two sons, Hunter and Beau. He says that Jill reunited him and his family.

History of White House
An official residence has been built for the presidents of all the countries. In India it’s known as Rashtrapati Bhavan, but in America it’s known as ‘White House’. Earlier when it was built, named as President’s Palace. In 1814, the British Army set fire many places in Washington DC. White house was also including in this. Because of fire it lost its beauty of walls, after this the building was painted white to making it attractive again. Since then, it started called as white house. The white house is not just only the residence of the US president. But, it’s an excellent  example of the historical heritage of America also.

It was designed by James Hoban. Its construction was started in the year of 1792 and completed in 1800 i.e. in eight years. The white house is six-story building it has two basements, two public floors and the rest of the floors are reserved for US president. Apart from this, it has 132 rooms, 35 bathrooms, 412 doors, 147 windows, 28 fireplaces, 8 stairs and three elevators also. In white house there are five fulltime chefs working and 140 guests can dinner together inside the building.

The white house has every facility that any powerful country wants. There is a bunker also inside it, which is used to keep safe the president and his family any trouble situation.

Why Joe need additional security?

 Joe Biden becomes America’s 46th president. On Wednesday, January 20, 2021, he took the oath. But there is a possibility of violence regarding this oath ceremony. A few weeks ago, the situation has changed due to the attack on the American Parliament by their own people. Because of this, there are some changes have been made in Joe Biden’s swearing ceremony. There is an emergency in the capital of America, Washington. The whole of Washington fortified between the alert of violence about Biden’s oath ceremony. There is a safe fort surrounded by the White House, that is, Capitol Hill.  Capitol Hill has been locked down and it surrounded by the National Guards and no one allowed inside or outside. This security seems as there is war will going happen. More than 25,000 soldiers and policemen have been posted in Washington. The US parliament is under siege and there is check-post have been made on every route. It is worrisome that trump supporters may once again attack Capitol Hill. The entire area is also being monitored by helicopter.

Why trump not attending the ceremony?

On, January 20, Mike pence a former vice president of the US was a part of Oath taking ceremony of newly elected president Joe Biden and Vice president Kamala Harris. However, on other hand, Donald Trump did not become a part of the oath ceremony. Trump tweeted that he would not attend Biden’s swearing-in ceremony. Because he had complained of bungle in the elections. However, his appeal was rejected in Michigan and Georgia but the court found no asymmetry in the counting of votes. Trump has intimidated to go to the Federal Court after complaining about rigging in the election. Trump became the first president in today’s history who did not attend the succession of his successor.  

Trump’s wife not taking to Joe on White House 

The outgoing first lady of the united states Melania Trump refused to take the next US first lady Jill Biden, a tour of the white house, breaking a 100-year-old Presidential place tradition. In which the outgoing first lady gives a tour of the white house. As Melenia and Donald Trump was skipped Biden’s inauguration, a Presidential Place usher welcomed the new President of US Joe Biden and his family into the white house on January 20. Donald Trump and his wife Melenia trump was also not invited Joe Biden and his wife Jill for the traditional tea visit in the Oval office.
